• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used beauty products, tools, or opened skincare items.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

• Return Process: Email yanostudiolash@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
